Navigating fears

Why is it that we get overwhelmed whenever we come up against our fears?

Think about it. When we exercise, we seem to have the motivation and determination to break through any and all resistance. That’s how we become more strong.

It’s time to do the same thing with these fears that we have all throughout our minds. We can do it! Let’s just find the help and assistance that we’re comfortable with.
